Effective August 1, there will be major management changes at National Commercial Bank (NCB), the most significant of which will see Septimus Blake succeeding Patrick Hylton as Chief Executive Officer of the bank.
Malcolm Sadler will assume responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer.
Mr Hylton will remain a director of the bank and NCB Financial Group, as well as President and Group CEO of the group.
Dennis Cohen will cease to be Chief Financial Officer and Deputy CEO of National Commercial Bank, but he will remain a director of National Commercial Bank and NCB Financial Group, and Group Chief Financial Officer and Deputy CEO of NCB Financial Group.
