Guardian Life Limited is an Assurance Company conducting life insurance business in Jamaica since August 1999. This followed the acquisition of the individual life and pension portfolios of Jamaica Mutual, Crown Eagle, Horizon and Dyoll Life. The Company is engaged in the underwriting of all classes of long-term insurance business. Since 2001, Guardian Life has become an indomitable force to be reckoned with in Jamaica's life insurance industry.

Guardian Life is managed by a President who is responsible to a Board of Directors for the operation. Directors are appointed at Annual General Meetings. Guardian's policies are sold by employed salesmen, agents and through brokers.

The Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guardian Holdings Limited GHL) of Trinidad and was established in Jamaica in 1999 with opening assets of just over TT$1.1 billion.

Guardian Life Limited operates ten branches in Jamaica, one in Belize and a service window in Cayman, and aims to deliver superior service through our focus on customer needs and operational excellence.
